Shipping & Returns
Deliveries are only guaranteed for those countries identified within the delivery options and the expected delivery time is specified in the website.
For reference, for addresses in Mainland Portugal and Spain Peninsula, delivery is estimated to 3 to 4 working days after dispatch of the order.
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland (Metropolitan and Corsica), France, Greece, Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Sweden, Norway, Lithuania, Hungary, Latvia, Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Luxembourg: estimated to 5 to 7 working days (after dispatch).
Ireland: Delivery estimated to 8 to 10 working days (after dispatch).
Once your order has left Plantpatio warehouse, you may receive an email and / or SMS with the information of your parceland tracking information, should the logistic provider used facilitates it.

The refund will be processed after receiving the returned items and respective evaluation by the Quality Department using the same payment method used when purchasing.
The shipping cost of return or exchange will be borne to you, even if the purchase was made during a free shipping campaign. You should ensure that the product will be correctly packaged, with a document identifying the order and product, in good state and with all the original elements included in the package that you have received from Plantpatio. You will also be responsible for the good state of the product during its transportation until received by Plantpatio.
Plantpatio will return the value of the product purchase once confirmed that all return instructions were correctly applied and that the product is in good state. In any case, Plantpatio reserves the right to deduct in the return value the amount that reflects the loss of value of the product should it have reduced or the product manipulation led to a loss in value.
For returns due to production defects or transportation damage, a mail with the required information for the return must be received by Plantpatio, who will bear the cost of return and provide a new product without any additional cost as per available product stock and value.
For exchanges, the above process applies, however, instead of the value reimbursement, Plantpatio will provide you with a credit to use on the website.
